For Vimovo, I worked on consumer brochures and HCP-facing global sales materials that zeroed in on a few patient personas. Both the consumer and HCP-facing work centered around the concept of a balanced approach to treating osteoarthritis (OA), as Vimovo—a combination drug that includes both a pain reliever (naproxen) and a PPI, or proton pump inhibitor, for upper-GI discomfort (esomeprazole)—was positioned as a superior alternative to NSAIDs and other pain relievers.
